
Katie – back pain in running
15 February 2025Meet Katie—an avid runner who found herself sidelined by relentless lower back pain. Running was off the cards, and even daily life felt like a challenge. Determined to get back on track, she turned to Tom Boggon, our Sports Therapist and running specialist at The Rehab Hub.
Through a deep-dive assessment, movement testing, and a tailored rehab plan, Katie started rebuilding her strength. At first, running wasn’t possible, but with expert guidance, targeted exercises, and a whole lot of determination, she made a strong comeback. Step by step, she progressed from rehab exercises to short runs—and now she’s back out there, running pain-free! 🎉
Katie put in the work, stuck to her plan, and absolutely smashed her recovery. We’re so proud of her!
