Tom Boggon
BSc (Hons) – Sports Therapy Practitioner
Tom specialises in working with patients and athletes with running-specific injuries and problems, in addition to providing sports massage with advanced soft tissue techniques for both sport and non-sport issues.

He studied Sports Therapy at the University of Bedfordshire, and has further qualifications in gait analysis and re-education, running coaching, various taping and strapping techniques, and therapeutic ultrasound.
Tom competed in Triple Jump and was ranked number two in the country before suffering a back injury that halted his jumping career. He is now making his return to competitive 400m running. Tom loves cooking inventive and tasty meals that help to fuel his training, and spoils the team regularly with culinary treats.
