Train with purpose – Josh brings expert strength coaching to the Hub

This month we’re excited to shine the spotlight on Josh from J-Works, who is now delivering professional Strength and Conditioning coaching here at the Hub on Thursdays and Saturdays. Josh runs structured 1:1 coaching sessions in our clinic gym space, helping people become stronger, move better, and make meaningful progress towards their training and performance goals.

Josh brings a strong academic background and practical experience to his coaching. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Strength and Conditioning alongside a Master’s degree in Sports Rehabilitation. This combination allows him to coach strength development, movement quality, and athletic performance with a well-rounded and evidence-based approach.

His coaching is ideal for individuals who want to take a more purposeful approach to their training. Whether you are an athlete aiming to improve strength, power, and performance, or someone who wants to build greater physical capability for everyday life, Josh provides structured guidance to help you train with direction and confidence.

Strength and conditioning coaching can be particularly valuable when you are working towards clear goals. These may include sporting ambitions, improving strength for performance, or developing the resilience needed to support an active and demanding lifestyle. Josh works closely with clients to create progressive training plans that help build strength over time while improving movement quality and confidence in the gym.

At the Hub, we’re always looking for ways to support our community in staying strong, active, and confident in their bodies, and Josh’s coaching is a fantastic addition to the services available here in Biggleswade.

If you’d like to find out more about Strength and Conditioning coaching with J-Works, you can complete our enquiry form and Josh will be in touch. Whether you already have clear training goals or are simply curious about whether structured strength coaching is the right next step for you, Josh would be very excited to hear from you. 💪
