Josh’s coaching draws on extensive academic training and practical experience. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Strength and Conditioning as well as a Master’s degree in Sports Rehabilitation. This depth of education allows him to coach strength development, movement quality, and athletic performance at a high level. This approach is particularly well suited to those who want to take a more engaged and purposeful approach to their training, working towards meaningful improvements in strength, performance, and physical capability.
