Alison Shipp
Paediatric Physiotherapist BSc (Hons) – Little Steps Physiotherapy
Alison is one half of Little Steps Physiotherapy, along with fellow paediatric physiotherapist Érin. They provide Children’s Physiotherapy at the Rehab Hub on Mondays and Saturdays.
Alison completed her degree in physiotherapy at the University of Hertfordshire in 2007 and quickly specialised in paediatric physiotherapy. She is a member of the Health And Care Professions Council, Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and Association of Paediatric Chartered Physiotherapists.
Alison has undertaken specialist post graduate training to become a Bobath trained Therapist. She has also completed additional training in Cerebral Palsy, Cystic Fibrosis, Child Development and Gym ball therapy.
Alison works privately and in the NHS working with babies and children with a variety of complex conditions. She is innovative in her approach to treatments and aims to deliver fun sessions whilst working towards functional patient centred goals.
