Graduate Sports Therapist under mentorship. MSK Practitioner.
Poppy’s warm and approachable style will help you feel at ease, whether you’re dealing with a sporting injury, long-standing pain, or simply want to stay active and mobile. She holds a first-class honours degree in sports therapy from Norwich University and also works in the capacity of musculoskeletal practitioner here at the Hub. Alongside her clinical role, she teaches Pilates classes three times a week, giving her a strong foundation in movement control and strength. With her background in gymnastics, Poppy has a sharp eye for posture and technique, which she’ll bring into your rehabilitation to ensure every exercise is effective.
