Graduate Sports Therapist or Sports Rehabilitator

Associate MSK Physiotherapist

Complementing Practitioners of any discipline whose skill and expertise will further assist our patients and guests.

Graduate Sports Therapist or Sports Rehabilitator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Sports Therapist or Sports Rehabilitator to join our multidisciplinary team in our established and trusted practice in Biggleswade, Beds.  The position is for a self-employed Associate – ideally with clinical experience, but new graduates will be considered.

The Rehab Hub team are motivated and dedicated, and we share our patients’ desires to return to activity and sport as safely and effectively as possible.  We have a solid reputation for doing our very best for everyone that we see – for being professional and progressive, honest, supportive and kind.  We love what we do and have fun doing it!

Our new Associate must share our ethos and have confidence in their assessment skills, prescription and coaching of rehabilitative protocols, and excellent hands-on techniques and patient care. 

They will become a highly valued part of a friendly and supportive team, providing a mix of early and late sessions and Saturday mornings.

  • Shifts are flexible / negotiable to suit the self-employed Associate, on a room rental basis.
  • The Clinic Director, and Rehab Hub team are fully committed to supporting newly qualified graduate Sports Therapists, especially where there is no experience of self-employment.

Associate MSK Physiotherapist

We are seeking an experienced MSK Practitioner for a minimum of 18 hours per week, ideally with a minimum 3 years’ experience and who has worked in private practice before. We would especially love to hear from professionals with additional specialisms.

We understand that self-employed Associateship may sound somewhat daunting if you are currently employed. Our practitioners operate between 85-100% booked, and you would have the full support of the team and Clinic Director to become as reliably busy too. New team members are fully mentored and supported. We want you to #beYOURbest!

We need you to be:
• In love with what you do
• Capable of attaining trust in a broad spectrum of people
• ‘Our kinda person’ – who gets our Practice Personality
• Engaged in the development of our practice.

You should have:
• A ‘patient first’ attitude
• A strong ‘hands on’ treatment approach
• Excellent exercise prescription, movement analysis and progressive rehabilitation skill
• Sound MSK orthopaedic testing skill, and knowledge of acute/chronic injury and pathology
• Experience of supporting patients pre and post surgery.

Hopefully you have:
• Dry Needling / TCA
• NHS orthopaedics experience
• Experience of private practice
