Associateship opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sports Therapist or Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at The Rehab Hub – a busy, established and trusted MSK and sports rehabilitation clinic in Biggleswade.
This role is offered as an Associateship within our clinic, and is suited to a clinician with at least 2–3 years’ post-qualification clinical experience, treating both the general population and sporting individuals, who is keen to continue developing within a supportive, progressive environment.

Our new Associate will:
- Share our ethos and values
- Be confident in MSK assessment, clinical reasoning and rehabilitation planning
- Have strong hands-on skills alongside excellent patient care and communication
- Be comfortable coaching and educating patients, not just treating symptoms
You will become a valued part of a friendly, collaborative and experienced multidisciplinary team.
The role
- Three 7-hour clinical shifts per week
- Shifts can be flexibly arranged across the week, offering autonomy while maintaining consistency for patients and the team
- The role operates on a self-employed Associateship / room rental model
If you have not worked in a self-employed capacity before, please do not be put off. The Clinic Director and wider team are fully committed to supporting new Associates with the practicalities of self-employment, onboarding and settling into private practice.
Essential requirements
- Sports Therapist: BSc / MSc in Sports Therapy with relevant professional membership
- Physiotherapist: BSc / MSc in Physiotherapy, HCPC registered
- Minimum 2–3 years’ post-qualification clinical experience

We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK. Applications requiring sponsorship will not be progressed.
This role is not suited to newly qualified graduates or those seeking employed PAYE work.
