Clinic Assistant

Evie is in her final year of studying Sports Therapy at the University of Hertfordshire. So far, she has learnt essential skills ranging from sports massage and clinical assessments to dealing with trauma on the field of play. 

Alongside her studies, Evie has previously worked in a pitch-side Sports Therapy internship with the women’s football team at Herts, where her role was to take care of each player, whether that be a pre-game massage or a twisted ankle on the pitch. She is now one of two pitch-side sports therapists at Tring AFC men’s team.

She loves meeting new people, and spends a lot of time around friends, family, and her two cats Gizmo and Ron. Her favourite things to do are home baking, listening to good music, and going on European city trips.

After she graduates in 2026, Evie hopes to gain new experiences in the sports therapy field, learn acupuncture, and eventually go travelling in Southeast Asia!

Evie is currently with us every Wednesday, and you’ll most likely have her greet you on the front desk.
