Group Classes at Rehab Hub

Pilates at the Rehab Hub

Regular Pilates improves core strength and posture, reduces back pain and helps to prevent injuries. Studies have shown that Pilates improves quality of life by having a positive effect on depression and pain, most notably decreasing back pain.

The functional strength gained from a consistent Pilates practice is achieved by balancing strength with mobility and flexibility. It helps you move and breathe through your daily activities with more freedom and power, and less pain.

Although there is an emphasis on core work, core strength alone is not the end goal. We encourage you to find functional and sustainable movement patterns to support your body in everyday life, and have fun doing that with our lovely Pilates instructors Hayley and Claire.
