Six years at the Hub

This month marks six years since we moved into the building that has become the Rehab Hub as we know it today.

The Hub itself is actually 15 years old, and some members of the team have now been working alongside Georgie for around eight of those. But reaching six years here has made us stop and realise quite how much has changed since we moved in.

Back then, we were seeing around 80 people a week. These days, that can be closer to 150, with the Hub open from 7am until 9pm on many days. Our team has grown too, across physiotherapy, sports therapy and osteopathy, alongside sports massage, rehabilitation, strength and conditioning and our running services.

And there is now much more happening here beyond appointments. We have Pilates and yoga, our Stronger Strides strength classes for runners, and Reformer Pilates will be joining the mix soon.

That growth is also why getting a full team photo has become almost impossible! The photo above is very much a snapshot of the Hub in 2026, with several people missing and a couple of newer faces you may not recognise yet. We’ll introduce those properly soon.

It also means the building has had to keep evolving with us. Over the past few weeks we’ve been refurbishing and replacing flooring, with further improvements including new windows and air conditioning and heat pumps. After six very busy years, it was ready for a little attention!

There will always be more we want to improve and develop, but 15 years into the Rehab Hub story, and six years into this particular chapter, it feels like a good moment to appreciate quite how far things have come.

Most importantly, it is still the people inside it that make the Hub what it is: our team, and the patients and clients who continue to trust us with their care.

Thank you for being part of it!
