Meet Mariah: our new Physiotherapist
5 November 2026We’re delighted to welcome Physiotherapist, Mariah, to the Rehab Hub team!
Mariah brings a lovely combination of clinical experience, sporting knowledge and a passion for helping people move better. Her background includes working as an NHS community and respiratory physiotherapist, alongside a strong sporting background in athletics and over ten years of experience in personal training.
She is particularly passionate about exercise-based rehabilitation, helping people recover from injury and return to the activities they enjoy, whether that’s competitive sport or simply moving more comfortably in everyday life.
Bringing experience into MSK practice
In her new role, Mariah will be providing sports massage alongside pain and injury assessment, supporting patients with a range of musculoskeletal conditions.
Her experience across community physiotherapy, respiratory care and personal training gives her a valuable foundation to build on as she develops her practice within musculoskeletal (MSK) private practice. Her approach will focus on helping patients understand their injuries, improve their movement and work towards their individual goals.
Mariah’s regular working days will be Monday mornings, Thursday afternoons and evenings, and Saturday mornings.
Supported by the wider team
Mariah will be joining us in a developmental role, working under guidance and mentorship as she continues to build her experience in MSK private practice and further develop her clinical skills.
With three years of experience as a qualified physiotherapist already behind her, Mariah has a strong foundation to build on. The opportunity to learn from experienced practitioners, discuss cases and develop her clinical reasoning will help her continue to grow in confidence while bringing her existing knowledge and experience to the team.
This reflects the collaborative approach we value at the Hub, where sharing knowledge, supporting one another and continuing to learn are all part of providing the best possible care for our patients.

Mariah is a warm, friendly and enthusiastic person who clearly enjoys working with people. Her approachable nature and reassuring manner will be a real asset to the team, helping patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their rehabilitation journey.
