Katie Shore

Nutritional Therapist

Katie is a registered Nutritional Therapist, accredited with BANT1 and CNHN2.  She graduated from the Institute of Optimum Nutrition and continues to update her knowledge and understanding with ongoing professional development.

Nutritional Therapy is the promotion of health through personalised nutrition and lifestyle support.  It is a whole-body approach to nutrition and lifestyle medicine that addresses the potential underlying causes of ill-health, rather than focusing on symptoms.

Katie understands and has seen first-hand how our diet and lifestyle impacts upon our health, and how health issues are often triggered by imbalanced biological mechanisms.  The great news is that the associated symptoms can be alleviated with the right personalised nutrition and lifestyle support.

Although Katie has a specialism in women’s health, she enjoys supporting every client individually in their health journey, whether for:

  • Relief from IBS symptoms
  • Optimising health after illness
  • Support for a big race or event
  • Menopause support
  • Acne, eczema, rosacea, and other skin concerns.

Katie’s own pregnancy and the birth of her son spurred the passion for her specialism in women’s health.  She now regularly works with women and couples on their fertility journey so that they can have a baby, enjoy pregnancy and recover from birth.

She provides wholly professional and enjoyable support to suit your individual needs, whether that is an ongoing package of care with various check-in points and personal communication, or one to one sessions as required.  She is here with us at the Hub on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

To enquire with Katie please contact her directly, in confidence to discuss how she can help you.
