Molly Kimberley

Molly provides Sports Massage Therapy here at the Hub, alongside studying for her degree in Physiotherapy. Friendly, approachable, and easy to chat to, she enjoys helping people feel comfortable and relaxed whilst working towards improving pain, improving recovery, and keeping people active and moving well.

Molly supports patients with sports massage therapy for maintenance, recovery, muscle aches and pains, and minor strains and niggles, alongside providing practical aftercare advice between sessions. Alongside her clinic work, she has gained experience providing sports massage at events including the London Marathon.

Outside of clinic life, Molly has always had a strong background in movement and performance. From the age of seven she was heavily involved in musical theatre and performing arts, spending years singing, dancing, and acting in productions and showcases. She also spent ten years as a Sea Cadet, coming from a proud military family with her dad serving in the Navy.

When she’s not in clinic or studying, Molly enjoys gym training, running, long walks with her two dogs, and spending time with friends and family. She’s also a keen baker – a passion inspired by her grandad, who was a chef in the Navy.

Whether you’re looking for support with recovery from training, general maintenance, or those everyday aches and pains, Molly is looking forward to welcoming you to the Hub.
