Meet Molly – our new Sports Massage Therapist
5 June 2026We’re delighted to introduce Molly, who provides Sports Massage Therapy here at the Rehab Hub alongside studying for her degree in Physiotherapy.
Friendly, approachable, and easy to chat to, Molly is passionate about helping people feel comfortable and relaxed whilst working towards improving pain, supporting recovery, and keeping people active and moving well.
Molly supports patients with:
- Sports massage therapy for maintenance and recovery
- Muscle aches, pains, and minor strains
- Managing everyday niggles and tension
- Practical aftercare advice between sessions
Alongside her clinic work, Molly has gained valuable experience providing sports massage therapy at major events, including the London Marathon.
Outside the clinic
Movement and performance have always played a huge role in Molly’s life. From the age of seven, she was heavily involved in musical theatre and performing arts, spending years singing, dancing, and acting in productions and showcases.
She also spent ten years as a Sea Cadet and comes from a proud military family, with her dad serving in the Navy.
When she’s not in clinic or studying, Molly enjoys gym training, running, long walks with her two dogs, and spending time with friends and family. She’s also a keen baker – a passion inspired by her grandad, who was a chef in the Navy.
Whether you’re looking for support with recovery from training, general maintenance, or help managing everyday aches and pains, Molly is looking forward to welcoming you to the Hub!
