Join the Hub Runners’ Academy for small-group coached sessions led by Running Coach and Sports Therapist Tom Boggon, and assisted by fitness professional Joanne Treverton. Choose between ‘Fast-track Your 5k’ or ‘Transform Your 10k’. Both programmes give you a Wednesday evening coached session, clever programming for your ‘from home’ runs, a friendly community to engage with, and all the help you need with strength, mobility, and running technique to improve your time and bullet-proof your running!

7-week coached Running Development Programme for 5k distance
Wednesdays 19.30hrs from Rehab Hub, Biggleswade
Early-bird price £80 (sign up by 15th June, thereafter £95)
Our coached running course will put you on the fast-track for a supercharged 5k! If you currently run regularly and want to improve your running form, knowledge, and efficiency over the 5k distance, then this course is for you. You will enjoy a weekly coached session and follow a progressive plan for your solo runs, and feel supported in a closed Facebook community. A new personal best is within reach!
Programmed and delivered by experienced Running Coach and graduate Sports Therapist, Tom Boggon.
- 7-week running programme – 4 runs a week (1 coached, 3 in your own time)
- Wednesday evening small-group coached session, 19.30hrs
- Dedicated Facebook group hosted by Tom and the Rehab Hub for support and engagement – a place for you to ask questions and support others on the same course
- Progression from the course also entitles you to a 30% discount off your next running plan, written to suit your goal, by Tom.
To get the most from this course you should be a regular runner who is comfortable with a 5k distance, irrespective of time. The sessions will feature running drills and speed work, intervals and efforts. You should be currently running without injury, and have been clear of injury for three months. Please note that this course is not suitable for brand new runners, or those who are currently run/walking. The course is specifically for developing the 5k distance – it is not suitable for runners currently training for half-marathon or further.

Wednesdays 18.00hrs from Rehab Hub, Biggleswade
Early-bird price £80 (sign up by 15th June, thereafter £95)
Totally transform your 10k with our coached running development course! If you currently run regularly and want to improve your running form, knowledge, and endurance for the 10k distance, then this course is for you. You will enjoy a weekly coached session and follow a progressive plan for your solo runs, and feel supported in a closed Facebook community. A stronger run, and a new personal best is waiting for you!
Programmed and delivered by experienced Running Coach and graduate Sports Therapist, Tom Boggon.

To get the most from this course you should be running a minimum of three times a week, and comfortably running a 10k distance in under 60mins. This programme is suitable for runners progressing from the 5k to 10k distance, with a target time of 60mins. Sessions will feature running drills and speed work, intervals and efforts. You should be currently running without injury, and have been clear of injury for three months. The course is specifically for developing the 10k distance – it is not suitable for runners currently training for half-marathon or further.
