Dan Simm Physiotherapist joins the Rehab Hub
7th April 2022The whole team at the Hub are very happy to welcome Dan Simm, Senior Physiotherapist, who will be helping patients and athletes from 25th April 2022.
He is an experienced physiotherapist, accustomed to delivering evidence-based injury assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation to elite footballers within his role at Watford football club. He is also well used to treating a varied caseload of patients in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation. He has special interests in injury prevention, tendinous issues, and chronic pain conditions.
Dan joins us in clinic on Mondays and Thursdays. He had this to say about his new role:
“I’m excited to be working in a different setting to elite football, bringing my knowledge to all patients – sporting or not, and rehabbing them in a great facility. I can’t wait to get started!”
Dan provides Physiotherapy for a range of conditions including:
- Sports injuries
- Injury prevention
- Hip/knee/ankle/foot problems
- Neck/shoulder/elbow and hand problems
- Back pain
- Whiplash
- Chronic pain conditions
Sessions usually consist of a combination of manual therapy, exercise programmes and advice, individually tailored to your needs. Treatment modalities may include soft tissue work and mobilisations, ultrasound, medical acupuncture, and taping.
