Pilates for back pain and all abilities, Breathwork, and group rehab classes all starting in September
We are truly lucky to partner with a number of local professionals to bring valuable group classes to the Rehab Hub, from September.
Booking now, we have ‘Better Backs’ Pilates, ‘Pilates for All’, and ‘Breathwork for Recovery, Performance, and Optimum Health’ to support our patients and athletes in their rehabiltation journey. These sit alongside our ‘Group Rehab’ clases, where patients can use our facilities to carry out their rehab under Practitioner supervision.
